- 3 Ripened Bananas
- ½ Cup of melted Butter or Coconut Oil
- 2 Free-Range Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 3 Cups of Almond Flour
- ¼ Tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
- ¼ Cup Chopped Walnuts
- ¼ Cup Unsulphured dried apricots (can use raisins, cranberries etc)
Often I will add Blueberries as a treat.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
And then mix well together.
Bake at 325 Degrees F. for 25-35 minutes
